This is Knowledge Base. 

Knowledge Base is a place where you can build up knowledge that you can share with your customers and colleagues. Knowledge Base is created as a space for creating FAQs by collecting frequently asked questions from customers. Questions and answers to FAQ items can be edited and deleted right here in the Knowledge Base. Knowledge is managed by a brand-specific book, and any member can freely create and edit documents.
