Using documents to share knowledge with customers

Sharing documents with customers makes it easier for them to solve problem by themselves.

 

OQUPIE provides scope settings to set up access rights for customers, members, and individuals. All documents that have their public scope set to “Public” are fully visible to both members and customers. Scope settings can be changed on the Categories / Folders / Edit Documents page.
