Payment was made but the product was not delivered.

If the payment for the product purchased in the game has been made, but the product itself hasn't been received, please completely close the game and reenter. 

If the product is still not received, please provide the following information and submit an inquiry.

4. Order Number of the Purchase (Screenshot): 


※ For payments made through the Play Store (Google), attach a receipt with the GPA number. 

For payments made through the App Store and One Store, attach the receipt with the order details.
