I would like to request a refund.

Cancellation of payment products purchased within the game is possible if the purchase was made within 7 days.  


Please note the following conditions where cancellation/refund is not possible: 

1. Products that were applied to the game immediately upon purchase; 

2. In case the purchased product was partially used; 

3. If it has been more than 7 days since the purchase date.
