I have purchased an item but haven’t received it.

If you make a purchase, the item will be sent to your Mailbox.
  
  However, there may be a delay due to network status, 
  or the app market’s payment data transfer delay.
  
  In this case, please re-login and enter the Shop menu again.
  
  If you still don’t receive your purchase item after re-logging in and opening the Shop menu,
  then please go to Customer Service menu and make 1:1 inquiry. 
  
  Please prepare below details and we will assist you as soon as possible.

  - Must include screen capture image of purchase receipt.
